摘要
葡萄无核性状作为品质的重要组成部分,是现代鲜食和制干产业关注的重点;同时也成为葡萄优良品种选育的重要目标之一,因此,无核形成与调控机制的研究显得尤为重要。综述了目前无核葡萄分类、无核的成因、形成机制与调控及无核技术应用等方面的研究,以期梳理无核性状的形成脉络,为明晰葡萄无核机制形成与调控提供帮助。
Seedless traits of grapes,as an important part of quality,attracts the attention of modern fresh food and drying industries,which also becomes one of the important goals of selection and breeding of fine grape varieties.Therefore,the study of seedless formation and regulation mechanisms is particularly important.This article reviews the research on the classification of seedless grapes,the cause of seedlessness,formation mechanism and regulation,and the application of seedless technology,to sort out the formation of seedless traits and provide a basis for clarifying the formation and regulation of seedless grapes.
