摘要
本文通过对禽蛋涂膜保鲜领域专利文献的收集、标引和梳理,对国内外关于禽蛋涂膜保鲜技术的研究和专利申请情况进行宏观分析,探讨研发侧重点和专利申请趋势,对后续禽蛋涂膜保鲜技术的研发和专利申请具有借鉴和指导意义。
This paper macro overall analysed the coating preservation on eggs and patent applications of home and abroad.The research has reference and guiding significance to the development and patent application of coating preservation on eggs.
