摘要
功能性食品是当前食品行业中的重要类型,其具备一定的营养保健功能。本文以功能性食品产业作为研究对象,分析了当前发展现状,明确了现阶段存在的主要问题和不足,然后又具体探讨了应对策略,希望有助于推动我国功能性食品产业的优化发展。
Functional food is an important type in the current food industry,which has certain nutritional and health functions.This paper takes the functional food industry as the research object,analyzes the current development status,identifies the main problems and deficiencies at this stage,and then discusses the coping strategies,hoping to help promote the optimal development of China’s functional food industry.
