在日常食品安全排查中,监管单位在不断加大监管力度。庞大的工作量加大了检测工作难度,高效快速的检测机制应运而生。由于技术还不够成熟,在实际应用中存在着各种问题。因此,要想保证检测结果,保证食品安全,就要不断优化现有技术。本文针对我国食品检测行业内的现存问题进行如下分析。
