国内外食品安全追溯与监管机制对比研究

Comparative Study on Tracing and Supervision Mechanism of Food Safety at Home and Abroad

食品安全问题是一个全球性的问题,与生产规模、发展阶段以及消费习惯等众多因素有着直接关系,影响着社会稳定、经济发展,甚至政府和国家的形象。因此,要高度重视食品安全的追溯、监管机制建设。目前有着相对完善且能够发挥实际作用的食品安全监管机制的国家大多是发达国家,本文综述了国内外食品安全追溯与监管机制的相关理论知识。

Food safety is a global issue that is directly related to many factors such as scale of production,stage of development and consumption habits,it affects social stability,economic development,and even the image of the government and the country.Therefore,we should attach great importance to the construction of food safety traceability and supervision mechanism.At present,the countries that have relatively perfect food safety supervision mechanism and can play a practical role are mostly developed countries.This paper reviews the relevant theoretical knowledge of food safety traceability and supervision mechanism at home and abroad.
