水果及蔬菜中敌敌畏农药残留检测

Determination of DDVP Residues in Fruits and Vegetables

本文针对5种水果蔬菜中的敌敌畏残留进行检测,检测结果显示,所检样品均未超出国家安全限值,但2个苹果样品中检出含量0.010 mg·kg^-1、0.012 mg·kg^-1,虽然都未超出检出限与最大残留限量,但是过量食用残留积累也会对人体造成危害。

In this paper,dichlorvos organophosphorus pesticide residues in five kinds of fruits and vegetables were detected.The results showed that all the samples were within the national safety limit,but the detection contents of two apple samples were 0.010 mg·kg^-1 and 0.012 mg·kg^-1.Although they were not beyond the detection limit,excessive consumption of residual accumulation would also cause harm to human body.
