随着冶金企业自动化程度的提高,焦化厂对解冻库的自动化水平也有了新的要求。文章基于S7-1200 PLC设计了解冻库控制系统,采用Profinet协议组建网络,实现炉温的自动控制,提高了解冻库运行的稳定性和自动化水平,减少了环境污染。

With the improvement of the automation level of metallurgical enterprises,coking plants also have new requirements for the automation level of thawing warehouses.The thawing warehouse control system was designed based on the S7-1200 PLC.The Profinet protocol was used to form a network to realize automatic control of the furnace temperature.The stability and automation level of the defrosting operation was improved,and the environmental pollution was reduced.
