摘要 广东地区某500 kV变电站220 kV GIS自投产以来,开关母线侧地刀气室多次出现漏气情况,文章分析主要漏气点及漏气原因,介绍处理措施,并提出建议:采用纤维增强环氧树脂层压制品的新材料绝缘垫,在绝缘盘对接面处四周涂抹RTV硅胶,以适应广东地区高温高湿气候,防止绝缘垫老化过快;在验收阶段,按制造商碳钢紧固件扭矩值要求仔细检查每一处绝缘盘对接面,防止绝缘垫产生变形。 Since the 220 kV GIS of a 500 kV substation in Guangdong was put into operation,air leakage occurred in the ground knife air chamber on the side of the switch bus for many times.The main air leakage points and causes of air leakage were analyzed,and the treatment measures were introduced.In order to adapt to the high temperature and high humidity climate in Guangdong area,RTV silica gel was applied around the joint surface of the insulation disk to prevent the insulation pad from aging too fast.In the acceptance stage,the butt joint surface of each insulation disc shall be carefully inspected according to the torque value requirements of carbon steel fasteners of the manufacturer to prevent deformation of the insulation pad.
