摘要
“双创”时代背景下,消费升级和科技发展倒逼酒店业转型升级,因此酒店业需要大量创新创业型人才。为社会输送对接企业需求的创新创业型人才,是高校的中心任务。通过“四螺旋”理论模型,在分析酒店管理专业实施创新创业教育必要性的基础上,提出目前主要的现实障碍,并从政府、企业、学校和协会四个主体入手,提出协同培养酒店管理人才的路径。
Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,the upgrading of consumption and the development of science and technology have forced the hotel industry to transform and upgrade,therefore the hotel industry needs a large number of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.It is the primary task of universities to deliver innovative and entrepreneurial talents to meet the needs of enterprises.Therefore,this paper,through a four-helix theoretical model,based on the analysis of the necessity of implementing innovation and entrepreneurship education in hotel management,puts forward the current main practical obstacles,and proposes the realization path of collaborative cultivation from four main bodies,namely,the government,enterprises,schools and associations.
