以赛促教视角下高校物流实训课程教学现状及模式构建 被引量:6

摘要 通过以赛促教,打造优质的高校本科物流实训教学模式是培养高级物流人才的基础。在以赛促教视角下,如何构建实训课程的教学模式,是当下我国高校应用型本科物流专业教学所面临的一项重要课题。在谈及学科竞赛对培养复合实战型物流人才必要性的同时,剖析了高校应用型本科物流实训课程的教学现状与存在问题,并从目标和原则、路径与方法以及具体操作步骤等三个方面探讨了以赛促教视角下高校本科物流实训教学模式的重构。围绕应用型本科物流管理流程的考核设计、物流管理信息化考核设计、物流管理系统设计的考核设计、物流管理基本素养的考核设计四个方面阐述了如何让大学生实训学习与竞赛操练相结合更具实效性。 From the perspective of promoting teaching through competition,how to construct a teaching model of practical training courses is an important issue faced by the teaching of application-oriented undergraduate logistics major in colleges and universities in China.By promoting teaching through competition,creating a high-quality undergraduate logistics training teaching model lays the foundation for cultivating advanced logistics talents.This paper discusses the necessity of disciplinary competitions to train compound practical logistics talents,and analyzes the teaching status and existing problems of practical undergraduate logistics training courses in colleges and universities.Moreover,the reconstruction of undergraduate logistics training teaching model from the perspective of promoting teaching by competition is explored.Finally,how to make college students'practical training and competition practice more effective is explained from the four aspects of the assessment design of the application-oriented undergraduate logistics management process,the assessment design of logistics management informatization,the assessment design of logistics management system design,and the assessment design of the basic literacy of logistics management.
