摘要
随着我国经济进入“提质降速调结构”的新常态,如何实现内涵式发展,提升企业创新活力,是地方非上市国有企业所面临的一个问题。在对地方非上市国有企业开展员工持股计划现状分析的基础上,基于利益相关者理论,提出在地方非上市国有企业建立岗位股份制度、加强党建工作、完善信息披露机制和工会代理员工持股等企业治理策略,以实现增强非上市国有企业在市场中的竞争力和自身活力。
With China’s economy entering the new normal of“improving quality,reducing speed and adjusting structure”,how to realize the connotative development and enhance the innovation vitality of enterprises is a problem faced by local unlisted state-owned enterprises.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the employee stock ownership plan of local unlisted state-owned enterprises and the stakeholder theory,this paper puts forward some corporate governance strategies,such as establishing the post stock system,strengthening the party construction,improving the information disclosure mechanism and the trade union acting as the employee stock ownership,in order to enhance the competitiveness of unlisted state-owned enterprises in the market and enterprises’own vitality.
