摘要
针对SUS304 BA板表面产品在平整工序生产时出现的色差缺陷进行分析,确定了该缺陷产生的原因为带钢表面钝化膜脱落。通过对数据进行收集分析,确定主要影响因素为延伸率以及擦拭器压力,并对这两个影响因素进行分析,确定减小平整辊的凸度来达到减小延伸率的目的,增加擦拭器压力以提高打磨辊面的能力。通过这两项措施的实施,该缺陷得到有效控制。
Based on the analysis of the color difference defects in the production of SUS304 BA plate surface products in the formation process,the reasons of the defect were determined to be the detachment of passivation film on the surface of strip steel.Through collecting and analyzing the data,the main influencing factors are determined to be the elongation rate and the pressure of the wiper,and the two influencing factors are analyzed to reduce the crown of the leveling roll to achieve the aim of reducing the elongation rate,increase the pressure of wiper to improve the ability of grinding roller surface.Through the implementation of these two measures,the defect can be effectively controlled.
