摘要
GH4169是制造航空、航天发动机和工业燃气轮机等诸多热端部件的关键材料,航空发动机转动件用GH4169合金材料的冶炼锭型通常不超过φ508 mm。简要介绍了某工程用GH4169合金转子锻件的研制情况,选用VIM+VAR双联工艺冶炼φ610 mm的GH4169合金自耗锭。采用均匀化扩散退火处理方法,提高自耗锭的热加工性能。铸锭采用反复镦拔工艺进行锻造开坯;锻件成型过程中,采用特殊的保温锻造技术,以获得较为合适的热加工组织。锻件经固溶和时效热处理后,检测其理化性能。测试结果表明,试制锻件的组织和性能满足设计技术要求。
GH4169 alloy has been investigated as important materials for hot end components,widely used in aviation,aero-engine and industrial gas turbine.The diameter of GH4169 ingot for air rotating part will not generally exceed 508 mm.This paper investigates the trail production of GH4169 rotor forgings briefly.Duplex melting of VIM and VAR was used for processing the ingot with a diameter of 610 mm.Thermal performance of the ingot was improved by homogenizing diffusion annealing treatment.Ingot forging is carried out by repeated upsetting and drawing process.During the forging process,special heat preservation forging technology is adopted to obtain a more suitable hot working structure.The physical and chemical properties of forgings was detected after solid solution treatments and aging treatments.Experiments show that the microstructure and mechanical properties of the forgings satisfy the designed technical requirements.
