摘要
因硅砖的物理特性,焦炉本体在停炉过程中会出现炉墙砖断裂、灰缝拉开等损伤。介绍了停炉过程保护性措施,根据停炉后对炉体的勘察情况,对炉体及设备进行针对性的维修,通过正压烘炉及零放散开工,实现了大型焦炉冷炉重启。实践表明,大型焦炉冷炉后通过合理维修,能够保证焦炉炉体的严密性,恢复正常生产。
Due to the physical characteristics of silica brick,the body of coke oven will be damaged during shutdown,such as wall brick fracture and mortar joint opening.The protective measures during shutdown are introduced.According to the investigation of the body of coke oven after shutdown,targeted maintenance of the coke oven body and equipment are carried out.The restart of large coke oven at normal temperature is realized through the heating of coke oven and the start of production with zero emission.Practice shows that the tightness of the coke oven body can be ensured and normal production can be resumed through reasonable maintenance after the large coke oven is cooled.
