Research on Solutions to the Protection and Development of State-Owned Forests Farm——with Jindian Forest Farm as an Example

以金殿林场为例,介绍了金殿林场森林资源保护与发展现状,并对存在的经费保障难、林区基础设施薄弱等制约因素进行了研究探讨。提出了输血造血并重、加大基础设施建设力度、强化人员队伍建设、加强森林资源保护管理等对策,以期为相关人员开展国有林场森林资源保护与发展研究、管理和决策提供有益参考。

By taking Jindian Forest Farm as an example,the article introduces the current condition of the forest protection and development and studies and discusses factors as being short of funds and backward infrastructures which hinder the development and protection of forests.It also comes up with solutions like putting equal emphasis on transfusion and haemopoiesis,enhancing infrastructures,building up teams and strengthening forest protection and management,giving advice on the research,management and decision making of the protection and development of the state-owned forests farm.
