摘要
通过黑龙江省森林资源特点、生态经济林分类与分布情况、生态经济林建设重要性的分析,提出黑龙江省生态经济林建设规划思路即指导思想、基本原则、建设目标,并提出主要生态经济林经营技术,仅供参考。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of forest resources in Heilongjiang Province,the classification and distribution of eco-economic forests,and the importance of eco-economic forest construction,this paper puts forward the planning thinking of Heilongjiang eco-economic forest construction,which includes guiding ideology,basic principles and construction objectives,and puts forward the management technology of main eco-economic forest for the reference of peers only.
