国内高职教育校企文化融合研究现状及趋势

Research Status and Trend of School-enterprise Cultural Integration in Higher Vocational Education in China

校企文化融合是国家职业教育深化产教融合教育方针的重要组成部分,对于培养"大国工匠"和服务经济发展具有重要意义,职业教育学界进行了积极研究,成果丰硕。成果主要集中在校企文化融合的意义、融合具体内容、存在困难、策略与路径等方面,并产生了部分优秀案例。同时存在成果碎片化、新形势下成果数量少、缺乏顶层设计等不足,根据研究成果,展望了校企文化融合研究趋势。

School-enterprise cultural integration is an important part of the national vocational education policy to deepen the integration of production and education,which is of great significance to the cultivation of"big country craftsmen"and the service of economic development.The achievements mainly focus on the significance,the specific content,the existing difficulties,strategies and paths of cultural integration between schools and enterprises,and some excellent cases have been produced.At the same time,there are still some shortcomings,such as the fragmentation of achievements,the lack of top-level design and so on.According to the research results,the research trend of school enterprise culture integration is prospected.
