经济全球化背景下,创新性人才储备和培养成为国际竞争的关键。当前,在中国特色社会主义事业建设中,培养出大量符合时代发展需要的法律人才是深入推进法制化建设进程的重要课题。目前,我国已经形成了较为成熟和完善的法律专业人才培养模式,但与西方发达国家相比仍然存在一定的差距。基于法律职业能力创新法学人才培养模式,积极拓展多元化的人才培养路径,是全面推进我国法制化建设的必然选择。

Under the background of economic globalization,the reserve and cultivation of innovative talents become the key to international competition.At present,in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,it is an important task to cultivate a large number of legal talents in line with the development of the times.At present,China has formed a more mature and perfect legal professional training mode,but there is still a certain gap compared with the western developed countries.Based on the legal professional ability,it is an inevitable choice to innovate the legal talent training mode and actively expand the diversified talent training path to comprehensively promote the legal construction in China.
