农林院校旅游管理专业人才培养机制研究——以江西农业大学为例

Research on the Training Mechanism of Tourism Management Professionals in Agricultural and Forestry Universities——Take Jiangxi Agricultural University as an example

在乡村振兴和健康中国两大战略背景下,随着森林旅游、田园康养旅游、古村落旅游等多种乡村旅游形式的快速发展,农林院校旅游管理专业的建设面临着新的机遇与挑战。本文首先分析了农林类院校旅游管理专业建设的现状,然后分析了江西省各高校开设旅游管理专业的状况,接下来以江西农业大学为例,分析了农林类院校旅游管理专业建设面临的机遇与挑战,并提出了其人才培养机制。

Under the background of rural revitalization and healthy China,with the rapid development of forest tourism,rural health tourism,ancient village tourism and other forms of rural tourism,the construction of tourism management major in agricultural and forestry universities is facing new opportunities and challenges.This paper first analyzes the current situation of the construction of tourism management major in agricultural and forestry colleges,and then analyzes the situation of tourism management major in Jiangxi Province.Then,taking Jiangxi Agricultural University as an example,it analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the construction of tourism management major in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities,and puts forward its talent training mechanism.
