On the Building of the Education System of Career Planning of the College Students

本文从职业生涯规划的内涵和意义入手,通过剖析当前大学生就业形势和高校大学生职业生涯规划教育存在的问题,提出了构建教育体系的具体路径,分别是教育实施者全员化与教育对象全员化,教育全程化与分阶段精准实施,教育动态化与评估反馈体系的建立。

The article starts with the connotation and significance of the career planning.By analyzing the current employment situation and the problems of the education system of career planning of college students,it proposes the paths to build the education system that the whole educators fully participate in the education,take a phased,accurate and dynamic education to all the college students and build the evaluation and feedback system.
