基于局部接触椭圆网格划分的固体润滑角接触球轴承蠕滑分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对固体润滑轴承局部接触固体润滑薄膜在切向作用力下的接触问题,建立了拟静力学蠕滑分析模型,采用局部接触面网格划分法对固体润滑轴承进行局部接触点蠕滑分析。以SKF 7218B角接触球轴承为例的分析结果表明:随自旋率增大,拖动力先增大后减小;随横向和切向蠕滑率增大,接触区各点相对滑动速度方向不变,滑动区域随蠕滑率增大而增大,拖动力区域增大;切向和横向蠕滑率不为零时,两接触体沿局部接触坐标系x,y轴方向均存在相对滑动现象,相对滑动速度与滚动速度方向呈一定夹角。 Aimed at contact problem of local contact solid-lubricated thin film for solid lubrication bearing under tangential force,aquasi-static creep analysis model is established.The creep analysis for local contact point of solid-lubricated bearing is carried out by using local contact surface meshing method.Taking SKF 7218B angular contact ball bearing as an example for analysis,the results show that with the increase of spin rate,the drag force increases first and then decreases;with the increase of transverse and tangential creep rates,the relative sliding speed direction of each point in contact area remains unchanged,the sliding area increases with the increase of creep rate,and the drag force area increases;when the tangential and transverse creep rates are not zero,two contact bodies have relative sliding phenomenon along local contact coordinate system x and y-axis,and the relative sliding speed direction and rolling speed direction have a certain angle.
