摘要
针对高速轻载轴承保持架打滑测试中滚动体速度检测的难题,利用弱磁探测技术探测滚动体的弱磁场,并通过提取弱磁信号的特征频率实现滚动体转速的测量。搭建了测试平台进行试验,分析了测试距离与转速对滚动体弱磁场信息探测的影响,结果表明,所提方法可在轴承套圈遮挡的条件下探测到滚动体的弱磁场,滚动体转速测量结果误差低于4%。并通过了对实体轴承滚动体转速检测的验证,为轴承滚动体转速的检测提供了一种新的有效方法。
It is difficult to detect the speed of rolling elements during high-speed light-load bearing cage slip test,the weak magnetic detection technology is used to detect weak magnetic field of rolling elements,and the revolution speed of rolling elements is detected by extracting characteristic frequency of weak magnetic signal.A test platform is built,and the effect of test distance and revolution speed on detection of weak magnetic field information of rolling elements is analyzed.The results show that the proposed method can detect weak magnetic field of rolling elements under the condition of bearing ring being blocked.The result error is less than 4%.Through verification of revolution speed of bearing rolling elements,which provides a new and effective method for detection of revolution speed of bearing rolling elements.
