《备急千金要方》儿科药物外治法阐微

Explanation of Pediatric External Treatment of Drugs in Beiji Qianjin Yaofang

中医外治法,是指除口服药物以外其他治疗方法的统称。唐代名医孙思邈十分重视妇孺疾病,其代表作《备急千金要方》将妇孺两科列于卷首,书中记述了十分丰富的儿科药物外治法内容。孙氏在具体应用时,不仅具有择法灵活、综合施治的治疗特点,还体现出"治未病"的思想,将药物外治法用于日常养护来预防小儿疾患。通过对《备急千金要方》原文进行归纳提炼,将其儿科药物外治法大致归纳为两个方面:一是剂型多样,操作灵活;二是特定部位,专病专用。

External treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine refers to the general designation of other treatment methods except oral medicine.SUN Simiao,a famous doctor in the Tang Dynasty,attached great importance to women and children.His representative work Beiji Qianjin Yaofang listed two departments of women and children at the beginning of the volume,which recorded a rich content of pediatric external treatment of drugs.During clinical application,not only his treatment was charactered by flexible selection with comprehensive treamtent,but also he put forward with ideas of"peventive treatment of disease"by applying external treatment to prevent pediatric diseases.Through sorting out and analyzing the original text,the external treatment of Pediatrics can be generally summarized into two aspects:various forms of dosage with flexible operation;specific parts with specialized diseases.
