摘要
《太平惠民和剂局方》一名《合剂局方》(以下简称《局方》)。据周密《癸辛杂识》记载,其书中牛黄清心丸的组成,在刊刻过程中发生错乱,误由牛黄清心丸与大山蓣丸合并而成。日本丹波氏父子以所藏南宋椠本吴珽《增广校正和剂局方》对勘,证实并支持《癸辛杂识》所说。本文通过文献梳理、功效辨析,阐明牛黄清心丸的源流衍变情况和原因,以资临证使用借鉴。
Tai Ping Hui Min He Ji Ju Fang,another name is He Ji Ju Fang(hereinafter referred to as Ju Fang).According to Gui Xin Za Shi by ZHOU Mi,the ingredients of Niu Huang Qing Xin Wan in Ju Fang was combined wrongly with the prescription of Niu Huang Qing Xin Wan and Da Shan Yu Wan during wrong inscription.Japanese Danbo family compared the prescription with their collection,Zeng Guang Jiao Zheng He Ji Ju Fang completed by Wu Ting in the South Song Dynasty.They verified that the statement in Gui Xin Za Shi is true.This article demonstrates how and why the prescription of Niu Huang Qing Xin Wan was changed by reviewing the literatures and comparing the effects.It can be used as a clinical reference.
