道家“重神”思想与传统医学形神观理论钩玄

A Review on Attaching Importance of Shen in Daoism with Theory of Physique and Vitality in Traditional Medicine

中医学深深植根于中国传统文化的丰沛土壤之中,这其中道家思想又与传统医学具有千丝万缕的联系。一般认为,道家"重神"的思想对传统医学形神观的形成和发展具有重要影响。本文试从"神"之训诂,道家"重神"思想的内涵及传统医学形神观的继承与发展等方面逐一进行剖析,尝试厘清道家"重神"思想与传统医学形神观的相互影响,为中医基础理论与中医药文化相关研究提供新的思路。

Traditional Chinese Medicine is deeply rooted in the rich soil of Chinese traditional culture,in which Taoism is closely related to traditional medicine.Generally,it is believed that the Taoist ideas on"attaching importance to shen"has an important influence on the formation and development of traditional medical theory of physique and vitality.This paper tries to analyze the exegesis of"Shen",the connotation of Taoist"shen emphasis"thought and the inheritance and development of traditional medical concept of form and spirit,trying to clarify the interaction between Taoist"Shen emphasis"ideas and traditional medical theory of physique and vitality,so as to provide new ideas for researches on basic theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine and culture of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
