摘要
针对橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的耐久性问题,选取1.18~2.36mm橡胶颗粒进行掺配,通过主骨架空隙填充法进行级配组成设计,采用二次成型工艺制备了橡胶颗粒改性沥青混合料试件,借助室内加速磨光试验,研究了改性沥青用量和橡胶颗粒掺量对试件抗滑性的影响规律。结果表明:沥青用量过低时,试件磨耗过程中细集料脱落现象严重,混合料粘聚力不足,抗滑衰变速率较高;随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增加,试件的抗滑指标摩擦系数衰变速率减缓,能够为改善路面抗滑性能提供理论指导。
Aiming at the durability of the rubber particle asphalt mixture,1. 18 ~ 2. 36 mm rubber particles were selected for blending,and the gradation composition design was performed by the main skeleton void filling method. A rubber particle modified asphalt test piece was prepared by a secondary molding process. The effects of the amount of modified asphalt and the amount of rubber particles on the anti-sliding durability of the specimens were studied in an indoor accelerated polishing test. The results show that when the amount of asphalt is too low,the fine aggregates fall off during the abrasion of the specimen,the cohesion of the mixture is insufficient,and the anti-sliding decay rate is high. As the amount of rubber particles increases,the decay rate of the anti-sliding index BPN of the specimen is slowed down. It can provide theoretical guidance for improving the anti-skid durability of pavement.
