冠脉侵入性损伤相关的中医证候学特点临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Distribution of the Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Related Coronary Invasive Injury

目的探讨冠心病患者与冠脉侵入性损伤相关的中医证候分布特点。方法采用流行病学调查方法,采集行冠脉介入诊疗围手术期的冠心病患者的四诊信息,对常见症状要素进行频次统计分析。结果在冠脉介入前、后及术后1周3个时间点,气阴两虚、气虚证、热毒证有显著变化。结论与冠脉介入术前相比,介入术后,热毒证明显升高,说明冠脉侵入性损伤在中医证候上表现是热毒证;介入术后1周,气阴两虚、气虚证逐渐增多,证实侵入性损伤后期可伤及正气。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of TCM syndrome distribution of the patients with coronary heart disease related coronary invasive injury. Methods It had been collected that the diagnostic information and common symptom factors about the PCI perioperative period in the patients with coronary heart disease by epidemiological methods. Results The preceding front and posterior of coronary intervention, and after one week of operation three time points, there was a significant change in both qi and yin deficiency, qi deficiency syndrome and heat toxin syndrome. Conclusion The posterior coronary intervention, heat toxin syndrome is significantly increased, indicating TCM syndrome of coronary invasive injury is heat toxin syndrome. One week after PCI, qi yin deficiency and qi deficiency increased gradually, confirmed the later period of coronary invasive injury is injuring vital qi.
