红花化瘀汤联合针刺治疗中风后肩手综合征临床观察

The Therapeutic Effect of Honghua Huayu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Shoulder-Hand Syndrome after Stroke

目的探讨红花化瘀汤联合针刺对中风后肩手综合征(SHS)患者肩关节疼痛度及运动功能的影响。方法选取2017年3月—2019年10月收治的中风后SHS患者100例,随机分为2组,各50例。对照组予针刺疗法,观察组在对照组基础上联合红花化瘀汤熏洗疗法,均治疗3个疗程。比较2组临床疗效、肩关节疼痛程度、肩关节活动度及上肢运动功能。结果经治疗,观察组疗效较对照组佳,疼痛VAS评分较对照组低,肩关节外展角度、肩关节上举角度、Fugl-Meyer评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中风后SHS患者采取红花化瘀汤联合针刺治疗效果显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,减轻肩关节疼痛程度,恢复上肢运动功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of Honghua Huayu decoction combined with acupuncture on shoulder pain and motor function in patients with shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS) after stroke. Methods 100 patients with post-stroke SHS treated in our hospital from March 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 50 cases in each. The control group was treated with acupuncture therapy, and the observation group was treated with three courses of treatment on the basis of the control group combined with the fumigation and washing therapy of Honghua Huayu decoction. The clinical effect, the pain degree of shoulder joint, the motion degree of shoulder joint and the motor function of upper limb of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The shoulder joint abduction angle, shoulder joint lift angle, Fugl-Meyer score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Honghua Huayu decoction combined with acupuncture on shoulder pain and motor function in patients with SHS after stroke has significantly therapeutic effect, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce shoulder pain, and restore upper limb motor function.
