中西医结合治疗风热型妊娠外感咳嗽临床观察

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of the Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Wind-heat Pregnancy Exogenous Cough

目的分析中西医结合治疗风热型妊娠外感咳嗽的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月—2019年6月诊治的100例风热型妊娠外感患者,根据血常规及CRP指数将其纳入中药组(50例)与中西药组(50例),中药组予以银翘散加减口服治疗,中西药组予银翘散加减+阿奇霉素口服抗炎治疗,对比其临床疗效。结果治疗后,中西药组的总有效率(98.0%)略高于中药组(94.0%)。中药组及中西药组治疗后症状均明显改善,差异有统计学意义。结论依据患者血常规及C反应蛋白高低情况,予单纯中药银翘散加减或中西药结合治疗风热型妊娠外感咳嗽的临床效果理想,均可有效缓解孕期患者的临床症状,值得临床推广使用。

Objective According to the actual clinical situation, using different treatment methods to analyze the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of wind-heat pregnancy exogenous cough. Methods From June 2017 to June 2019, 100 cases of wind-heat pregnancy exogenous cough were selected and included into the traditional Chinese medicine group(50 cases) and the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group(50 cases) according to the blood routine and CRP index. The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Yinqiao powder, and the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was treated with Yinqiao powder, azithromycin and anti-inflammatory. The clinical effect was compared. Results The total effective rate(98.0%) of the traditional Chinese medicine group was slightly higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group(94.0%). Before and after treatment, the symptoms of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group improved significantly, and there had statistical significance. Conclusion According to the blood routine and C-reactive protein level of the patients, the clinical effect of Yinqiao powder or combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of wind-heat pregnancy exogenous cough is ideal, which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of pregnant women, and is worthy of clinical application.
