蓝芩口服液联合小剂量地塞米松治疗实热证乳蛾临床观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Lanqin Oral Liquid Combined with Low-dose Dexamethasone in the Treatment of Excess-heat Syndrome Nippled Moth

目的探讨蓝芩口服液联合小剂量地塞米松治疗实热证乳蛾的疗效。方法选取2019年3月—2019年10月就诊确诊为实热证乳蛾患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予头孢硫脒静滴序贯头孢呋辛酯片口服抗感染治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用小剂量地塞米松5 mg静滴及蓝芩口服液治疗。结果观察组总有效率为97.50%,对照组总有效率为92.50%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组咽痛程度NRS评分、发热持续时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蓝芩口服液联合小剂量地塞米松治疗实热证乳蛾可减轻患者咽痛及发热症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Lanqin oral liquid combined with low-dose dexamethasone in the treatment of excess-heat syndrome nippled moth. Methods A total of 80 excess-heat syndrome nippled moth patients were enrolled from March 2019 to October 2019 in emergency department, which were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 40 cases of patients in the control group were treated with Cefathiamidine by intravenous drip followed by cefuroxime axetil tablets, while 40 cases of patients in the observation group were treated with a low dose dexamethasone(5 mg) by intravenous drip and Lanqin oral liquid on the base of the control group treatment. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%, while the control group was 92.50%, and there was no statistical significance between them(P>0.05). The observation group was better than the control group in the NRS of pharyngodynia and the duration of fever, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Lanqin oral liquid combined with low-dose dexamethasone in the treatment of excess-heat syndrome nippled moth can relieve the symptoms of pharyngodynia and fever, and enhance the quality of life of patient.
