中药解毒止痒液联合穴位贴敷治疗尿毒症血液透析皮肤瘙痒临床观察

Observation on the Curative Effect and Nursing of Chinese Medicine Jiedu Zhiyang Solution Combined with Acupoint Application on Pruritus of Uremic Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨中药解毒止痒液联合穴位贴敷对尿毒症血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒的疗效及护理。方法收集2018年1月—2019年10月治疗的50例患者,按随机数字表法,将患者分为研究组与参照组,每组25例。参照组采用皮炎平软膏外涂治疗,研究组采用中药解毒止痒液联合穴位贴敷治疗。观察和比较2组患者总有效率、症状评分与护理满意率。结果研究组症状评分低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论采用中药解毒止痒液联合穴位敷贴治疗尿毒症血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒,可有效改善患者的症状,配合护理可提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the curative effect and nursing of Chinese medicine Jiedu Zhiyang solution combined with acupoint application on pruritus of uremic hemodialysis patients. Methods 50 patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were collected and divided into study group and control group according to the method of random number table, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated by external application of piyanping ointment, and the study group was treated by Chinese medicine Jiedu Zhiyang solution combined with acupoint application. The total effective rate, symptom score and satisfaction rate of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine Jiedu Zhiyang solution combined with acupoint application on pruritus of uremic hemodialysis patients can effectively improve the symptoms and satisfaction with nursing.
