耳穴压豆配合聚焦心理护理模式对骨科术后患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Auricular Acupoint Pressing Combined With Focused Psychological Nursing Mode on Sleep Quality of Patients after Orthopedic Surgery

目的分析耳穴压豆配合聚焦心理护理模式对骨科术后患者睡眠质量的影响。方法随机选取2017年1月—2018年12月收治的60例骨科术后患者,以随机数字表法分为常规组与观察组。常规组30例,实施耳穴压豆配合常规护理干预;观察组30例,实施耳穴压豆配合聚焦心理护理模式。对比2组患者的睡眠质量改善总有效率以及护理前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分(PSQI)。结果观察组患者睡眠质量改善总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);护理后,2组患者的PSQI评分均有所降低,且观察组低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论骨科术后患者实施耳穴压豆配合聚焦心理护理模式干预后,患者的睡眠质量能够得到显著改善,效果明显,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of auricular acupoint pressing combined with focused psychological nursing mode on sleep quality of patients after orthopedic surgery. Methods Sixty orthopedic patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected and randomly divided into conventional group and observation group. Thirty patients in the conventional group were treated with auricular acupoints and conventional nursing interventions. 30 patients in the observation group were treated with auricular acupressure and focused psychological care models. The total effective rate of sleep quality improvement and PSQI scores before and after nursing(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of improvement of sleep quality in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). After nursing, the PSQI scores of both groups were decreased, and the observation group was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion After orthopedic surgery, the intervention of auricular acupoint pressing combined with focused psychological nursing mode can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients, and the effect is significant, which is worth popularizing.
