山茱萸是陕西、河南所产的传统中医药材在临床中应用广范,可治脑骨痛,止月水不定,补肾气;兴阳道,添精髓,疗耳鸣,除面上疮,主能发汗,止老人尿不节。本文阐述了目前山茱萸的采集、品鉴、产地变革、生产炮制及使用近况,并着重分析了山茱萸的历史沿革、药理作用和应用效果,现将结果整理如下,以期为山茱萸的品鉴和临床使用提供借鉴。

Cornus officinalis is a traditional Chinese medicine produced in Shanxi Province, which can "treat brain bone pain, stop the uncertain men-struation, invigorate kidney qi;strong yang qi, add essence, treat tinnitus, remove sores, mainly can perspire, stop elderly urination". Cornus officinalis is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper, the current situation of collection, identification, origin change, production and processing of Cornus officinalis is described. The historical evolution, pharmacological effect and application effect of Cornus officinalis are emphatically analyzed. The results are summarized as follows, with a view to providing reference for the evaluation and clinical use of Cornus officinalis.
