天津市陈台子排水河汇水区域水生态调查分析及生态功能综合评估

为开展天津市水生态环境功能分区管理体系框架搭建方法研究和独流减河典型汇水区域水污染防治工作,对陈台子排水河进行了水生态调查与分析,采用生态多功能指标综合评估法对水生态系统单项功能进行评价,采用权重加和的方法进行生态环境功能综合评估和等级划分,并提出对策建议。评估结果表明,陈台子排水河水生态功能等级为D级,水生态系统受到较大程度的人类活动干扰,保持较低生态状态,水生态环境功能相对较差;水质功能是影响该区域水生态环境功能评估的主要约束性指标。根据该片区域河道水源来源,加强污水处理厂稳定达标排放,因地制宜地开展水生态修复,是提升区域水质和区域水质功能指标分值的重要工作。

To carry out the framework of aquatic ecological function regionalization management system study in Tianjin and water pollution prevention and control in the typical catchment area of the Duliujian River,firstly,the water ecology survey and analysis have been conducted on the Chentaizi-Drainage River. Then,the mono-function of the aquatic ecosystem was evaluated by the integrated assessment method of ecological multi-functional indicators. Lastly,the integrated assessment and grading of ecological environment function are carried out by the method of weighted summation. Assessment results indicate:The aquatic ecological function grade of Chentaizi Drainage River is D grade,the aquatic ecosystem is disturbed by human activities to a large extent,and keeps a low ecological state,the function of aquatic ecosystem is relatively poor. Water quality function is the main restrictive indicator affecting the assessment of the regional aquatic ecological function. According to the source of river water in this area, strengthening the stable discharge of sewage treatment plants to meet standards and carrying out water ecological restoration are the important work to improve the regional water quality and the functional indicator scores.
