民族社区参与低碳旅游的理想模式与路径解析

The Ideal Mode and Path Analysis of Ethnic Community Participating in Low-Carbon Tourism

低碳旅游作为一种回应全球气球变暖、生态环境恶化及我国生态文明建设的新兴旅游方式,受到广泛认可,然而已有研究对微观层面尤其是旅游社区的具体参与模式及路径探讨不足。据此,论文在分析社区参与及生态旅游发展模式的基础上,结合民族社区的自然与文化生态条件,指出其是开展社区参与低碳旅游的较好实践地。进一步梳理了民族社区参与低碳旅游的主要目标、主体要素、主体责任和保障体系,构建了民族旅游社区参与低碳旅游的模式,并从社区参与旅游交通、旅游产品建设、设施与环境维护、低碳旅游宣传、低碳旅游和低碳生活示范社区建设等方面提出了民族社区与旅游的共建共享路径。

Low carbon tourism is widely recognized as a new way of tourism to respond to global warming,environmental degradation and the construction of ecological civilization in China.However,previous studies which focused on the micro level especially the specific participation mode and path of tourism communities were insufficient.Therefore,our research claimed that the ethnic communities were suitable places for participating in low-carbon tourism practice through the analysis of community participation and eco-tourism development mode and considering the natural and cultural ecological conditions of ethnic communities.This paper further put forward the objectives,subjects,responsibilities of subjects and the guarantee system of ethnic community participating in low-carbon tourism.It also constructed the ideal mode of ethnic tourism community participating in low-carbon tourism,proposed the co-constructing and benefits-sharing paths of ethnic communities and tourism development from community participating in tourism transportation,constructing of tourism product,the maintaining of facilities and environment,the publicizing of low-carbon tourism,the demonstrating of lowcarbon tourism and low-carbon life and the community construction.
