考虑差别定价和政府补贴的快递包装回收策略研究

Research on the Recycling Strategy of Expr ess Packaging under the Government Subsidies Based on Patent Protection and Differential Pricing

基于专利保护与差别定价的政府补贴下对快递包装回收策略进行研究,分别构建政府补贴集中决策与分散决策模型,探讨差别定价条件下,参与方的最优决策与协调机制。研究发现:由于快递包装生产商可以从中调控专利许可费用,所以无论政府补贴给快递包装生产商还是第三方再制造商,其最优决策和最优利润均相同,且二者专利费用的差值为政府补贴值,通过模拟仿真,验证了结论的正确性。研究表明:政府补贴有利于提高各参与回收废旧快递包装成员的积极性,有利于缓解我国生态环境压力、有利于提高消费者的环保意识。

Based on the government subsidies of patent protection and differential pricing,this paper studies the recycling strategy of express packaging,constructs the centralized and decentralized decision-making models of government subsidies,and discusses the optimal decision-making and coordination mechanism of participants under the condition of differential pricing.The study found that:because the express packaging manufacturer can control the patent licensing fees from the manufacturer,whether the government subsidizes the express packaging manufacturer or the third party manufacturer,the best decision and the best profit run are the same,and the difference between the two patent fees is the government subsidy value.The correctness of the conclusion is verified through simulation.The results show that government subsidies can improve the enthusiasm of the members participating in recycling waste express packaging,relieve the pressure of ecological environment in China,and improve the environmental awareness of consumers.
