摘要
近年来,在云南民族地区扶贫开发快速发展的同时,生态环境问题也日益严重。从绿色经济发展视角对生态扶贫的概念和意义进行界定与解读,通过分析云南民族地区生态扶贫的现实困境构建生态扶贫的路径,并提出加强生态扶贫的政策支持,建立生态扶贫的协同机制,完善生态扶贫的治理体系及创新生态扶贫的道路模式等。
Recently,while the poverty alleviation and development in Yunnan ethnic areas has developed rapidly,the ecological and environmental problems have become increasingly serious.Based on the perspective of green economy development,this paper defines and interprets the concept and significance of ecological poverty alleviation.Through the realistic predicament of ecological poverty alleviation in Yunnan ethnic areas,it constructs an ecological poverty alleviation path in Yunnan ethnic areas,and proposes ecological poverty alleviation for ecological poverty alleviation in Yunnan ethnic areas.Policy support includes:the establishment of a synergistic mechanism for ecological poverty alleviation,the improvement of the ecological poverty alleviation governance system and the road model for innovative ecological poverty alleviation.
