摘要
镍矿既是我国的战略矿产,也是我国的紧缺矿产,《全国矿产资源规划(2016~2020年)》提出,要建立战略性矿产监测预警机制,系统开展国内外矿产品供需和资源形势分析。本文依托近十年的镍矿资源和开发利用数据,阐述了我国镍矿的资源分布、储量情况、开发利用情况、消费情况及国内外供需格局,分析了在极端情况下国内镍矿资源还存在着较大的开发利用潜力,提出了加大国内储量利用程度、提高开采技术研发、加强技术出口,与资源国镍业跨国公司建立战略合作伙伴关系、扩大镍进口来源,降低进口集中度等建议,为保障我国镍矿资源供应安全提供参考。
Nickel is not only a strategic mineral,but also a shortage mineral in China.National mineral resources planning(2016-2020)proposes to establish a strategic mineral monitoring and early warning mechanism and systematically analyze the supply and demand of mineral products and resource situation domestic and abroad.Based on the data of the past ten years,this paper expounds the resource distribution,reserves,development and utilization,consumption,domestic and foreign supply and demand patterns of nickel.This paper puts forward some suggestions,such as increasing the utilization of domestic reserves,improving the research and development of mining technology,strengthening the export of technology,reducing the concentration of import,etc.,to provide references for ensuring the security of nickel resource supply in China.
