摘要
某选金尾矿中含有29.20%的重晶石,为了实现资源的综合利用,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,通过初步的重选、浮选工艺对比,确定采用浮选工艺流程。采用碳酸钠、水玻璃和六偏磷酸钠作为调整剂,BK409G作为捕收剂,通过两次粗选、四次精选和两次精扫选获得重晶石精矿的BaSO 4品位为91.14%、回收率为85.84%的较好指标。
A gold tailings contains 29.20%barite,in order to realize the comprehensive recycling and utilization of resources,on the basis of process mineralogy research,through preliminary comparison of gravity and flotation technologies,the flotation process is determined.Using sodium carbonate,sodium silicate and sodium hexametaphosphate as adjusting agent,BK409G as collector,through two roughing,four cleanings,good indicators are obtained,the BaSO 4 grade of barite concentrate is 91.14%and the recovery rate is 85.84%.
