摘要
根据甲硫醇合成的动力学方程,通过Aspen Plus模拟软件对硫化氢—甲醇法合成甲硫醇的硫醇比、反应温度、反应压力、催化剂床层高度进行了模拟优化,得出的最优合成条件为:入塔气中硫化氢与甲醇的摩尔比为2.2~2.7;合成反应温度为380℃;合成反应压力为6bar;合成塔催化剂床层高度为7 m。
According to the kinetic equation of methanethiol synthesis,the mercaptan ratio,reaction temperature,reaction pressure and catalyst bed height of methanethiol synthesis by hydrogen sulfide-methanol method are simulated and optimized via Aspen Plus simulation software.The optimal synthesis conditions obtained are as follows:the molar ratio of hydrogen sulfide to methanol in the feed gas is 2.2~2.7;the reaction temperature is 380℃;the synthetic reaction pressure is 0.6 mpa,and the catalyst bed height of the synthesis column is 7 m.
