摘要
针对在换热器设计中大口径接管的计算往往不能按常规方式进行计算的问题,依据初步设计的条件,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对接管、锥封、筒体局部模型进行建模、网格划分、加载、求解、后处理等过程,并对应力峰值处进行了路径分析。结果表明,该设计满足标准的要求。
In the design of heat exchangers,the calculation of large-diameter adapter tubes usually cannot be performed following conventional manners.Given this background,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is adopted based on preliminary design conditions to conduct modeling,meshing,loading,solving and post-processing,etc.on the adapter tube,conical head,and cylinder local model,and route analysis is conducted at the peak stress point.The results show that the design meets the requirements of relevant standard.
