In this paper,the air compressor unit lubricating oil system and its emulsification are introduced,the reasons behind lubricating oil emulsification are analyzed,and the retrofitting scheme of the oil return pipes and the maintenance requirements of main oil tanks are put forward.After retrofitting,the rising trend of lubricating oil emulsibility is contained to ensure the stable and orderly operation of the unit.
