摘要
分析了现有湿法磷酸装置生产中尾气洗涤系统堵塞以及排放不达标的原因,通过对洗涤工艺、设备及控制参数进行改造和优化后,提高了尾气洗涤效率和氟的回收率,延长了装置因系统堵塞的检修周期,使排放尾气中氟含量≤9mg/m^3,达到了国家排放标准。
In this paper,the reasons behind tail gas washing system congestion and substandard emission in existing wet-process phosphoric acid plants are analyzed.Through modification and optimization of the washing process,equipment and control parameters,the tail gas washing efficiency and fluorine recovery rate are elevated,the equipment maintenance cycle is prolonged,and the fluorine content in tail gas emissions is kept at≤9 mg/m^3,which is up to the national discharge standard.
