摘要
随着电子技术的发展,综合化电子设备的规模越来越大,其内部包含大量的发热模块,采用高效液冷散热的方式非常适合。但综合机架内部模块热耗分布并不均匀,利用有限的液冷资源开展各支路分流设计非常关键。本文介绍了液冷系统的分流方案设计,并结合分支流理论进行详细支路流量设计,最终通过试验验证测试证明其合理性。该设计方法对大型液冷系统的方案设计较为合适,能大幅较少设计迭代周期。
With the development of electronic technology,the scale of integrated electronic equipment is getting larger and larger.The integrated electronic equipment which often contains a lot of heating modules,is very suitable for liquid cooling.However,the heat consumption distribution of the internal modules of the comprehensive frame is not uniform,so it is very important to use limited liquid cooling resources to carry out the shunt design of each branch.This paper introduces the design of shunt scheme of liquid cooling system,and carries out detailed branch flow design by combining with the branch flow theory.This design method is suitable for the design of large scale liquid cooling system and can reduce the design iteration period greatly.
