摘要
针对传统齿轮箱振动有线监测系统的不足,设计了一款基于ZigBee协议的无线传感器节点。节点以低功耗的STM32单片机为核心,内置Contex-M3核。选取MEMS加速度传感器采集振动信号,使用LTC4070芯片管理电源电路,选用大容量SD卡作为数据缓存区。为了提高程序运作效率,引入RT-Thread操作系统。采用ZigBee和GPRS混合型无线通讯方式。重点介绍了基于齿轮箱振动的无线监测节点的原理与特点,以及节点主要模块的软硬件系统设计。并设计相应试验进行测试,测试结果表明:该无线节点适用于齿轮箱的振动监测。
To overcome shortcomings of the traditional cable gearbox vibration monitoring system,a kind of wireless sensor node based on ZigBee protocol was designed.A low power consumption STM32 MCU was taken as a core,which has a built-in Contex-M3 core.A MEMS acceleration sensor was used to collect vibration signals.A chip of LTC4070 was used to manage the power circuit.A large capacity SD card was used as data cache.In order to improve the efficiency of program operation,RT-Thread operation system was introduced.Adopting hybrid wireless communications which was include ZigBee and GPRS.The emphasis was paid on the principle and characteristics of wireless monitoring nodes based on gearboxes.The design of software and hardware system in the main modules of the notes was also introduced.Experimental results had proved that the node was suitable for the vibration monitoring of gearbox.
