摘要 针对分段安装的管路在有制造误差的安装接口装配时需要人工费时费力修配分段管件的问题,提出在数字化虚拟空间对管件进行协调安装的再设计。分析了管路安装端口和管件协调余量的协调特征,抽象出了其数学表达模型,据此建立了一种基于三段安装管件的管路数字化协调模型并给出了协调状态求解方法。将协调拼接处的凸角指标作为协调评估目标,在实际管件裁切约束下,给出了基于遗传算法的求解方法。采用实际管路数据进行了该管路协调模型及求解方法的验证,最终结果表明该模型及方法可以较好地描述管路协调操作,并且经过优化的协调解能够指导管件的再设计,从而得到良好的管路协调装配结果。 Aiming at the problem that huge amount of manpower is required in piecewise pipeline assembly with position errors existing in pipe connectors,the redesign and coordination method of the piecewise pipe in virtual space is proposed.In this paper,the coordinating characteristics of the pipe connector and pipe coordinating segment are analyzed,and their mathematical models are established.Based on that,a digital coordinating model used for three-segment-assembly pipeline is established with its solving method given.Setting the convex angle as the goal of model optimization,the genetic algorithm optimization method of coordinating solution is given under some pipe cutting constraints in practice.The pipeline coordination model and optimization method are verified by the data of one real pipeline.The final results show that the model can well describe the pipeline coordination operation,and the solution optimized by genetic algorithm can guide the redesign process of pipe coordinating to get a good pipeline assembly results.
