皮革真空干燥机台板温度场仿真及流道优化 被引量:3

The Simulation of Temperature Field and Optimization Design of Flow Channel on the Platen of Leather Vacuum Dryer

摘要 皮革真空干燥机对皮革的干燥效果与干燥台板表面的温度场直接相关,而台板表面的温度场主要取决于台板内部流道的传热性能。为了改善皮革的干燥效果,采用Fluent对(3×7)m的皮革真空干燥机台板表面温度场进行仿真,分析了台板内部流道的焊条排布方式、焊条数目、单进出口及双进出口对台板表面温度场的影响,获得了台板流道工艺参数,并对优化后的台板进行了温度实测。结果表明:实施单进出口,在平行于长边方向等距布置15根焊条形成的S型流道是最合理的方案;优化后台板表面温度场的实验结果与稳态时的仿真结果相符,验证了仿真的可靠性,台板中央位置的温差控制在1.13℃以内,有利于皮革的高效干燥。 The drying effect of leather vacuum dryer on leather is directly related to the temperature field on the surface of the dryer platen,and the temperature field on the surface of the dryer platen is mainly determined by the heat transfer performance of the inner channel inside the platen.In order to improve the drying effect of leather,Fluent has been used to simulate the temperature field on the surface of(3×7)m leather vacuum dryer platen,and the arrangement of welding rods,the number of welding rods,the single inlet and single outlet as well as the double inlet and double outlet has been analyzed to get the influence of them on the temperature field of the dryer platen,the process parameter of the platen has been achieved,and the realtemperature of the optimized platen has been measured by experiment.The results show that implementing single inlet and single outlet as well as S-type flow channel formed by 15 welding rods which is arranged in an equal distance and parallel to the long side of the platen is the most reasonable solution;the experimental results of the temperature field on the surface of the optimized platen arein agreement with thesteady-state results ofsimulation,the reliability of the simulation is verified and the temperature difference in the central position of the platen is controlled within 1.13℃,which is beneficial to the efficient drying of leather.
