摘要 目前传统液压机械无级变速器中行星轮系参数优化步骤繁琐,精确建模难度比较大。设计了一种新型的等差式液压机械无级变速器,基于MathCAD对其行星齿轮系空间尺寸和体积进行优化。根据液压机械无级变速器无级传动条件确定行轮系参数,以行星轮系齿轮模数、齿数和齿轮宽度作为设计变量,以减小行星轮系结构体积作为目标函数建立数学模型,利用MathCAD对行星轮系参数进行优化设计。结果表明:行星齿轮系的体积比原体积降低24%,使行星轮系结构更紧凑,减轻质量和降低成本。 Currently,it is difficult to set up an accurate model for HMCVT planetary gear train due to traditional parameter design of planetary gear train is complex.A new arithmetic type HMCVT of cotton picker was designed in the study,then based on MathCAD an optimization design on planetary gear train spatial dimensions and volume was carried out.Characteristic coefficient of planetary gear train was determined of HMCVT speed ratio matching criterion,and a mathematical model was set up with gear module、the number of teeth of sun gear、coefficient of face width were served as design variables,volume of planetary gear train were served as objective function.The results show that the volume of planetary gear system is reduced by 24%compared with the original volume,which makes the structure of planetary gear train more compact,reduces the mass and reduces the cost.
