新型冠状病毒肺炎患者肝脏损伤机制及临床认识

Mechanism and clinical cognition of liver injury in COVID-19 patients

由新型冠状病毒感染引起的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)目前已在世界各地蔓延。新型冠状病毒可侵犯不同组织器官,严重者可致多器官功能障碍综合征,COVID-19患者合并肝损伤在临床上较为常见。目前COVID-19患者肝损伤已引起了国内外不少学者的关注,此文归纳了COVID-19患者肝损伤机制及临床表现、预后、治疗等临床研究中的关键问题,并对其研究前景进行展望。

COVID-19 is caused by novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)which has spread all over the world.2019-nCoV can invade different tissues and organs,and may cause multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in severe cases.COVID-19 patients with liver injury are common in clinical practice,and have been attracted the attention of many scholars at home and abroad.In this paper,the mechanism of liver injury in COVID-19 patients,the key issues in clinical research such as clinical features,prognosis,treatment,etc.,and the research prospect are summarized.
