摘要
miR-203是近来研究发现的上皮特异性miRNA,通过调控靶mRNA转录后的表达,抑制角质形成细胞增殖潜能,诱导细胞周期退出和细胞分化,在上皮相关疾病中发挥重要作用。HPV通过抑制miR-203,调控下游靶基因以调节病毒生命周期。本文就miR-203的生物学特性,调控靶基因p63、survivin、细胞因子信号转导抑制因子3(SOCS3)在HPV感染中的作用以及与宫颈癌、尖锐湿疣和口咽癌等相关疾病的研究进展作一综述。
miR-203 is an epithelial-specific miRNA in recent research.It plays a critical role in epithelial diseases by regulating post-transcriptional expression of target mRNA,inhibiting the proliferative potential of keratinocytes and leading to the induction of cell cycle withdrawal and cell differentiation.Human papillomavirus(HPV)adjusts the viral life cycle by inhibiting miR-203 and regulating downstream target genes.This review focuses on the biological characteristics of miR-203,regulation of target genes such as p63,survivin,suppressor of cytokine signaling 3(SOCS3)in HPV infection and especially its role in research of cervical cancer,condyloma acuminatum and oropharyngeal carcinoma.
